Keeping your clothes and shoes dry in family tents

There is nothing worse than waking up in the morning in your family tent and having to put on wet shoes or no shoes at all.  People simply don’t realize that dew forms on things in the morning and condensation falls on to things inside your family tents. One of the

things I always do before getting into my sleeping bag to sleep for the night is I choose what I am going to wear for clothes in the morning and stuff those clothes into the bottom of my sleeping bag.  Putting a shirt, some pants and underwear and a pair of socks in the bottom of your sleeping bag will not only keep them warm but also keep them from getting wet.

They will also be easily accessible in the morning or in case you need to get up and go to the rest room in the middle of the night.  I also recommend you put your shoes on top of your cooler in you family tent and cover the shoes with a towel or shirt to keep them dry.

Most famlies will have a large cooler with plenty of room for several pairs of shoes.
